Jay-Z and Beyonce reportedly take out a marriage license in Scarsdale, New York.

I don't know...I really hope this is true: People reports that Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles took out a marriage license Tuesday morning in Scarsdale, NY, a license valid for 60 days.
