Last night I went to see The Scintas at George's Tangier, a great show, they are so amazingly talented (though I bristle at the all-Christian-Jewish-Buddhist-roads-lead-to-God lie seemingly espoused) -- but I saw this woman with a Dooney & Bourke-looking giraffe purse and I wondered to myself: Is that a real Dooney & Bourke designer purse, or a knock-off?


That's because this month, I've sold a good handful of knock off designer purses like this Dooney & Burke designer purse knock off, letting me know just how high the demand is for them as witnessed by those "knock off purses" and "knock off designer handbags" searches typed into Google each day.

...that I just found online, but since this Prada Designer Inspired Handbag has no customer reviews yet, it would be a leap of faith to purchase it.

...I only see a few knock-off Coach purses with Cs like these, which don't really look that inspiring to me -- and I don't see any good fake Coach purses on eBay either, so the best way to find a nice, inexpensive leather-looking purse like this Michelle - Handbag with Double Handles by Eliebags, which has a great customer review right now, is to search the "apparel and accessories" or "everything else" section of Amazon -- or just the entire Amazon.com -- for words like "faux" or "inspired" or "imitation" coupled with "Prada" or "Coach" or "Dooney Bourke" or "Burberry" or "Chanel" -- I couldn't find any Burberry or Chanel fake knock-off purses yet on Amazon, but they may appear later -- to see what you can uncover:
