I’m so glad VH1 is premiering a show called Miss Rap Supreme with female rappers.

Yo Yo — “You can’t play with my Yo Yo…Yo Yo,” I can’t help but hear Ice Cube’s voice say — is heading up the Miss Rap Supreme show, and she blames the dearth of women rappers on lack of leadership.

Well, thank GOD for a vehicle like Miss Rap Supreme to bring some good female rappers to the forefront.

It’s time for some new ish…

I finally saw a “Miss Rap Supreme” preview today on VH1 — of course it showcased the foolish wanna-be-but-can’t-rap-rappers interspersed with the ones who could really flow.

Should be an instant hit.
