Orit Greenberg is suing Oprah’s Harpo Studios for $50,000 — saying they didn’t protect her as an audience member.

Greenberg claims there was a mad dash for seats when the studio allegedly told the audience members to sit anywhere they wanted.

In the melee, Orit says she was pushed down the stairs and suffered injuries — now she’s seeking $50,000 in damages.

Harpo Studios had no comment.

Personally, I attended a couple of Oprah shows, but that was way back in 1987 or so, and I can’t remember how we chose our seats.

I do remember shaking the talk show empress’ hand, and her joking with me and my friend before the dating-themed show, saying to us, “Y’all just trying to get some dates.”
