On The View yesterday, Sherri Shepherd admitted to using The Master Cleanser Diet Fast — the same thing Beyonce used to slim down tremendously for that Dreamgirls segment where she does that hand roll “come here” wave beckoning the audience.

Every time I watch that movie I marvel at Beyonce’s skinny hips and the form of her waist and arms. I can see the transformation in her bid to look more like Diana Ross as time passed, plot-wise.
