I really feel for Vanessa Bryant. Bloggers really should be nicer and understand that celebrities are still human beings with feeling. Not that that excuses us going off and cursing somebody out — but you don’t mess with a mom and her kids!

And we should have compassion for Vanessa. I mean, she’s probably totally in love with Kobe Bryant — and then to have to endure the public humiliation of infidelity while trying to hold a marriage and family together can’t be easy.

Whatever you nickname the Def Jam Diet Detox fast that Beyonce usually goes on to lose weight, it’s really the Master Cleanse Kit that Beyonce confessed on Oprah that she used to drop 20 pounds in a short period of time for Dreamgirls, along with eating fruits and veggies.

I tried to do my own version of Beyonce’s “Def Jam Diet Detox,” really the Master Cleanse Diet Fast  when I made up some cayenne pepper in a drink with water — and I don’t think I had maple syrup so I used honey and some kind of lemon juice.

Cayenne pepper always feels like it’s working — all heated up in your tummy and theoretically speeding up your metabolism.

But that drink made me a little nauseated so I poured it out.

So I hit the scale at 175 lbs. almost the other day, but I can already feel God turning it around.

He led me to do a 24-hour spiritual fast and prayer sessions with four women, and I beseeched him to help me lose weight in a healthy way — because I refused to buy pants bigger than a size 8 or 10…

Anyway, today He’s given me new light and a new idea — a website that encourages people to see themselves how they want to be: slimmer, healthier, happier, more prayerful.

I got Soy Protein Powder similar to that one at my local grocery store and when I Google “Soy Protein Powder,” I found a great article saying how to safely drop 20 pounds in 3 - 4 weeks.

Though I noticed the package of the Soy Protein Powder says not to use it as a weight loss solution, I’m going to use it in moderation, not overdo it like the protein supplement powder with Mega protein in it that I drank a while ago.

It seemed to keep my weight down, but my urine turned dark and I was scared I had a UTI or kidney infection! I went to my doc and he said I was fine, but then asked, “Are you on a high protein diet?”

I had forgotten I was drinking the mega protein stuff, so I layed off it.

As long as I do it in moderation, I pray that will be okay, and get me back down to the health 148 lbs. I’d love.

And it won’t hurt that soy protein powder reduces testosterone slightly — so that’ll be good for me, a female, because I read that testosterone levels in women are responsible for hair thinning and such.

I’m hoping the One who knows how many hairs are on my head will now grow them back!

Plus, the weight loss article said that eating RAW fruits and vegetables — instead of cooked veggies, which farmers give to their pigs to help them GAIN weight — those RAW fruits and veggies will help take the weight off, fill us up and satisfy our hunger, unlike fast food, which builds up the hunger.

And drink LOTS of ice cold water each day.

Just give up the soda pop completely, if you can. Toni Braxton lost 10 lbs. alone from just giving up soda pop.

Okay…I think that’s it.

The main thing being slowing down, praying and fasting (water only for a day if the Most High leads you to do that…and get a Christian friend to join you) over the whole weight issue, and He’ll bring a healthy weight back your way…

Cedric Benson’s mug shot photo is of great interest, especially since Cedric Benson said he was pepper-sprayed by cops and arrested.

The cops say Cedric Benson’s mug shot looks the way it does because he was resisting arrest.

…because the Austin, Texas, police kicked his feet from under him and put a water hose over his face and that he screamed for his mother, who was in the group of people with him.

Cedric Benson said he passed the field sobriety test and that the officer requested to take him back to shore for more tests — yet said when he politely asked the police why he needed more tests, that the cop pepper sprayed him right in his face.

Whatever happened to make Cedric Benson’s mug shot look like that, with his eye all swollen and stuff — I’m praying right now that justice prevails.
